Posting details can be viewed in the General Ledger Maintenance form under the Transactions tab and can be filtered by period, by year or by date. The filter preference is stored by user and is used each time the General Ledger Maintenance form is loaded. This data can be selected and copied and pasted into Excel to manipulate, group and print for your own purposes.
When reviewing journals created by other forms e.g. sales orders, purchase invoices etc, the Filter option is General Journals is a powerful tool to assist in that review.
